Seabreeze Bed and Breakfast is open during all seasons 365 days of the year.
Bed and Breakfast prices (per person per night based on double occupancy):
- April to June: £25.00 - £28.00
- July and August: £28.00 - £32.00
- September to March*: £26.00
*Except during Christmas and New Year. Christmas and New Year breaks are available, for pricing information in the festive season please contact us.
A single room is available at £35.00 per night, except during August where the price is £40.00 per night.
Rooms still available for July and August 2010 with special offer price of £25 to £30 per person per night. Please enquire by telephone.
Dressing gowns, bottled water and toiletries are provided as standard for guest use. All rooms include a television with digital freeview and DVD player free of charge. A free selection of books and DVDs are available for guest use.

Special Offer - May to June*
£20.00 per person per night for double room with bed and breakfast when 2 people share a room for 2 nights or more.
£30.00 for single room with bed and breakfast when staying 2 nights or more.
Special Offer - October to March*
£20.00 per person per night for double room with bed and breakfast when 2 people share a room for 2 nights or more.
£30.00 for single room with bed and breakfast when staying 2 nights or more.
*Special offers are not available during Christmas, New Year, Valentine's Weekend or special event weekends (for example Bank Holiday Weekends or when Rugby International Matches are being played in Edinburgh).
