Seabreeze Bed and Breakfast is open during all seasons 365 days of the year.
Seabreeze B&B re-opened in December 2010 after a complete refurbishment of the property. The refurbishment work included updated decor for the bedrooms and the installation of en suite facilities for both the family room and triple\double room. The new en suite facilities were given a modern contemporary design and the existing bathroom was also re-decorated to match the modern and contemporary look. In addition to the cosmetic overhaul and the installation of en suite facilities Seabreeze B&B also had solar panels installed as part of the refurbishment. Solar power provides an energy efficient solution to supply hot water and heating to the property. Seabreeze B&B aims, with the take up of solar technology, to be one of the most energy efficient and green bed and breakfasts in Edinburgh.
Bed and Breakfast prices*:
- Large double room with en suite and sea view - £35 - £40 per person per night
- Double room with en suite and without sea view - £30 - £35 per person per night.
- Small double room with private bathroom and sea view - £25 - £30 per person per night
- Single room with private bathroom and sea view - £40 - £50 per night

All rooms include a television with digital freeview and DVD player free of charge. A free selection of books and DVDs are available for guest use.
Wireless internet access is available for the duration of your stay for £2.
