Location

Seabreeze Bed and Breakfast is located 4 miles from central Edinburgh close to the seaside suburb of Portobello. A traditional seaside town Portobello has a mile of sandy beach and a traditional promenade. Seabreeze is located at the east end of the promenade, close to the sea wall.

In nearby Musselburgh you could have a day out at its famous race course or indulge yourself with a visit to Lucas ice cream parlour.

Seabreeze has good access to the A1 motorway and the Edinburgh City Bypass which makes it easy to explore the surrounding area. There is free on street parking at the property.

Buses run from outside the house into Princes Street and Waverley Station every 5 to 10 minutes daily. Journey time to the city is approximately 15 to 20 minutes. Available bus routes include the Lothian Regional Transport Buses (numbers 26 and 26A) and the First Buses Services (Numbers 66 and 126).
