Seabreeze B&B is located 4 miles east of the centre of Edinburgh making it the ideal location to explore the outskirts of Edinburgh while still being a short journey from the centre. There is a first-rate and frequent bus service to the city centre and surrounding area running from outside the B&B.
Edinburgh is only a short bus ride away and has many attractions, shops and all the amenities you expect to find in a capital city.
Seabreeze is a great base to explore East Lothian including miles of unspoiled beaches, award winning golf courses, outdoor activities and visitor attractions.
All bedrooms have a spectacular sea view across the Firth of Forth and out towards the North Sea. The bed and breakfast is situated at the east end of the Portobello promenade. The promenade is a short walk across the road and has a beautiful sandy beach. The B&B is ideally located for a Scottish seaside holiday. The ever changing moods of the sea and sky, makes a wonderful back drop for a walk along Portobello’s promenade.
There are plenty of quality restaurants, bars and takeaways within easy walking distance.
For guests with vehicles, the property has the advantage of free unrestricted on-street parking.
