Accommodation
Seabreeze B&B has three rooms available to stay in. A large family room, a triple\double room and a single room. Dressing gowns, bottled water and toiletries are provided as standard for guests use. All rooms include a television with digital freeview and DVD player for no extra charge. A free selection of books and DVDs are available for guests use.
Family Room
The large family room contains a king-size bed and a double sofa bed, making it ideal to accommodate two to four guests.
The room has tea and coffee making facilities as well as complimentary biscuits and bottled water. For entertainment purposes there is a TV and DVD player. The room has its original fireplace and a large bay window with a stunning view across the Firth of Forth making it an extremely relaxing space.
Triple\Double Room
The triple\double room is a spacious bedroom with a double and single bed ideal for accomodating guests who wish to share.
For entertainment purposes this room comes equipped with a flat screen television and dvd player. For refreshments tea and coffee making facilities are supplied along with complimentary biscuits and bottled water.
Single Room
The single room is a relaxing bedroom with a comfortable double bed and period feature fireplace. This room has a wonderful view across the Firth of Forth.

Facilities
The main guest bathroom is located on the top floor with easy access for convenience from the family and double rooms. It has a large period enamelled bath with overhead power shower.
On the first floor there is a large shower room with power shower and a separate WC.
For guests needs a hairdryer, toiletries and towels are all provided.
Dining Lounge Room
Breakfast is served in our beautiful bay windowed dining lounge room. This area has an original fireplace and a spectacular view across the First of Forth. There are comfortable sofas and for entertainment purposes a stereo and large television, making it an ideal space to relax in out with your room.
