Accommodation
Seabreeze B&B has three very comfortable rooms available to stay in. A large family room with en suite, a triple\double room with en suite and a single\double room with private bathroom. All rooms include a television with digital freeview and DVD player for no extra charge. A free selection of book's and DVD's are available for guests use. Wireless internet access is available for the duration of your stay for £2.
Family Room
The large family room contains a king-size bed and single bed with the option of an additional fold out bed, making it ideal to accommodate up to 4 guests.
The room has an en suite bathroom with shower and wash facilities. Tea and coffee making facilities are provided along with complimentary biscuits and bottled water. For entertainment purposes there is a TV and DVD player. The room has its original fireplace and a large bay window with a stunning view across the Firth of Forth making it an extremely relaxing space.
Triple\Double Room
The triple\double room is a spacious bedroom with a double and single bed ideal for accommodating guests who wish to share.
The room has an en suite bathroom with shower and wash facilities. For entertainment purposes this room comes equipped with a flat screen television and DVD player. For refreshments tea and coffee making facilities are supplied along with complimentary biscuits and bottled water.
Single\Double Room
The single\double room is a relaxing bedroom with a comfortable double bed and period feature fireplace. This room has a private bathroom with a bath and overhead shower. This room has a wonderful view across the Firth of Forth.

On the first floor there is a large shower room with shower and a separate WC.
For guests needs towels and a hair dryer are provided.
Dining Lounge Room
Breakfast is served in our beautiful bay windowed dining lounge room. This area has an original fireplace and a spectacular view across the First of Forth. There are comfortable sofas and for entertainment purposes a stereo and large television, making it an ideal space to relax in out with your room.
