Information

Seabreeze is located at Seaview Terrace in the Joppa area of Edinburgh. There is an uninterrupted panoramic view across the Firth of Forth out to Fife. The property is located across the road from the sea and is close to the long promenade, which ideal for a pleasant walk or relaxing on the sandy beach. Along the promenade there are cafes, public houses and a beautifully restored Victorian swimming pool with a spa facility.

The property itself is a traditional large Victorian end terrace house with large bay windows and many period features. This includes the original fireplaces and cornices in all rooms, as well the staircase and doors with original fittings.
