There is a sandy beach just a few steps away! Seabreeze guest house is close to the popular seaside suburb of Portobello and only a short bus journey from the attractions of Edinburgh city centre – the beach front stretches for a mile and we are at the Eastern end of the promenade, close to the sea wall.

There is excellent access from the A1 motorway and the Edinburgh City Bypass roads, so it is very easy to explore the surrounding area when based here. There is also free on street parking at the property.

Buses run from outside the house into Princes Street and Waverley Station every 5 to 10 minutes daily. The journey time to the city centre is approximately 15 to 20 minutes
